Shipping:

• All order totals over $99 ship for free.
• All order totals under $99 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee.
• Gallon-sized and Over-sized items have an additional $7.99 per item fee to cover shipping costs.
• Most orders ship within 24 hours.
• We only ship within the Continental US.
• Packages returned to us due to it being marked undeliverable or unsigned for by the UPS or USPS will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
  

Shipping Protection:

• Fully covers order against theft and loss.
• If items are in stock, then replacements will be sent.
• If items are out of stock, then a refund will be given.
• Quick claims.
• If you do not purchase shipping protection, your purchase is not covered against theft and loss. It will be your responsibility to work with the carrier.
• Damage claims require the packaging and product to be kept for proof otherwise the claim will be denied.

We are located in Illinois so Midwest and East Coast deliveries typically take 1-3 days. West Coast deliveries take 3-7 days depending on order size, which determines the shipment method. Holidays will add to the travel time.
