Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders placed before 2:00 PM CST the same business day. All packages are shipped via major, trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) from our distribution center in Chicago, IL.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping (2-5 business days): Flat rate of $9.99 on orders under $99.
  • FREE Shipping: Eligible on all orders over $99.
  • Eligible Locations: We ship to the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico.

High-Value Orders (Signature Required)

For your security, orders exceeding $300 may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping high-value orders to an address where you or someone you trust is available during the day to sign for and accept the package.

Shipping Protection & Insurance

Protect your investment with our optional shipping protection available at checkout. If selected, you get the following benefits:

  • Covered Situations: Lost or misdelivered packages in transit.
  • Fast-Tracked Replacement: If your package is lost or misdelivered and you have shipping protection, we will handle the claim with the carrier and ship a replacement in 1-2 business days (subject to stock availability)—without having to wait for the carrier’s investigation decision.

Without Shipping Protection: Lost packages are not automatically covered by us. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. If we assist, we must wait for the carrier to approve the claim before we can issue a replacement.

Exclusions (Stolen Packages): Stolen packages after delivery (porch piracy) are not covered under either option. Theft must be reported to the carrier and local authorities. These situations are outside of our control or coverage.

Important Note on Signature Opt-Out: If you opt out of the signature requirement for a high-value order (over $300), the shipment will not be covered by our shipping protection option.
