Pravana Pure Light Power Lightener Blue 24oz

Pravana Pure Light Powder Lightener is an effective bleaching system that allows substantial lightening while maintaining the good condition of the hair. Contains blue pigments to neutralize yellow and orange reflection.

Directions: Pour 1 oz Bleaching Powder into a non-metallic clean bowl and add 3 oz of Pravana Developer Creme (10, 20, 30 or 40 volume). Mix to obtain a smooth paste for easy application.
